We update the stock status that you see here a few times each day. Still, it does occasionally happen that more than one person will try and order the same item while we are closed. In that case, the earliest order prevails. We will notify you via email if this should happen to you
Now would be a good time to sign up for our mailing list , and get immediate notice when the new batch of specials is released. We mail less than 6 times a year, and you will always know within 10 minutes of a release of new bargains! We now also offer our notices as an RSS feed. Full details on that page.
Take your time - look around - and please be sure to read our clearance house rules at the bottom of this page. The photos sometimes aren't that great, but we can't spend a lot of time getting great photos on something we are selling at a loss.
If an item only comes "one way" (like, not in different sizes, etc.), the stock status will appear here. If not, then please see that item's page for more information. Please do not order items that show as sold out! We will not be able to fill your order. Those items will be removed shortly.
Clearance house rules
All are limited quantity, mostly singles, so they are all on a first come first served basis. Because we update stock status only when we are open, it is possible that someone may beat you to it. If you place an on-line order, and an item showed as available but someone already grabbed it, we will notify you by e-mail. If you order by phone, we can tell you right away. If you place an order for an item that already shows as sold out here, that item will simply be removed from your final shipment.
For "defective" items, they have some type of flaw, and are clearly marked on their respective pages.
Unless otherwise indicated on an item's page, items may be returned for refund. We do not offer free exchanges as we do for our regular line of merchandise.
We actually remove items from these pages as soon as they are shipped, but sometimes an order includes other merchandise, so the order is held for the customer until complete. Therefore, please understand if an item appears here, but shows as out of stock, that is the reason. If an item is reported as sold, it is probably gone forever (but check back - if a person's card is declined, it is back up for grabs).
There is a minimum $25.00 order for internet orders, with which we try to be lenient, but if your order includes clearance items, then we have to stick to the rules (we don't make any money on these anyway). Should your credit card be declined for clearance items, we will notify you, but your order will be deleted, and the items will immediately go back up on the site. You, or anyone else, is free to order them again at that point.
