Stainless Steel Pop Up Cleat
  Click for larger  Click for dimensions | OK, this is clearly a boat cleat. Not just any boat cleat, but a marine grade stainless steel boat cleat. However, picture this as a tie off point on a bondage board or rack. One press and the cleat pops up. Press again, and it retracts, leaving a clean, smooth, non-catching surface. In the down position you can sit on it, slide over it, lie on it... whatever, and nothing snags, no skin gets torn. Pop it up, and you have a highly secure tie off point that can take tons of abuse!. This is designed to be mounted on a board that is at least 3/8" thick, up to 1 1/4" thick (close, but approximate dimensions). Anything between these sizes will allow the mounting plate to securely attach the cleat. All of our marine hardware is quite weighty. Our cart, not the most intelligent in the world, but perfect for us as it allows us to sell customized items, may very well underestimate your freight by a few bucks. We will select the least expensive way to ship, but we must bill you the actual freight costs, not the estimate in your cart.
