If you have a restraint made by us and it is in need of repair, you are covered by a lifetime repair policy. All you will need to pay is the freight to and from our shop.

If we did not make the item, tell us the issue, and we will advise how we can proceed from here.

You do not need to know if we made it or not to make a request for repairs. We will provide full instructions, and advise if there will be any charges, all in your return email.
