In stock items:
Orders for items that show as in stock will ship the same (working) day if the order is placed before noon Eastern time. If the order is placed after noon, it will ship the following business day. The entire order must be in stock. We only split orders under 2 circumstances. First, if part of your order will be delayed a week or more (except custom items), we will split ship your order at our expense. Second, you may request a split shipment sooner, but there will be 2 freight charges for the 2 shipments.
Non Stock Items:
If the stock check shows that an item is out of stock, but that we make the item, it will normally advise you that there will be little delay. This is usually a maximum of 2 working days.
If the stock check shows that an item is out of stock, and we are waiting for it to arrive from a supplier, we can only wait for it to arrive ourselves. We try to keep all of our items in stock, and are always following up on any item that we have outstanding.
Custom items:
Custom items are hoods, straight jackets, sleep sacks, and custom clothing. These items require a 2 week production time. This will run shorter during the quieter times of the year, and longer immediately before shows, and during the holidays.
