First, you must understand that we cannot be responsible for abuse of any of our inflatable products. Just like a balloon, it will work fine as intended, but if overinflated it will be destroyed. Also like a balloon, it can last a long time if you are careful, but not so if you abuse it.
With that said, here is our official policy in regard to all inflatable products:
First, they are covered by our 30 day guaranty. If they fail for a reason other than abuse (abuse is things like cuts, abrasions, and the like) we will replace it free, and pay for the freight.
After 30 days, and up to one year (as measured by our records of date of shipment) we will replace the item (if still available) at one half the current price, plus freight.
