We have a very lenient warranty and exchange policy and we want you to be happy with your merchandise.
In the past, we allowed customers to simply return items as needed, but we found that instructions to us weren't clear, and as a result we either messed up a refund or exchange, or had to email back and forth to make sure that we did the correct thing.
This is the reason that we instituted our current return policy, which is included with all orders, along with your invoice.
Simply give us a toll-free call (877 2-LEATHER [253-2843]) and we can look up your order in our computers, make sure we understand what you want us to do, attach that information in the computer to a special number we will give you on the phone, and give you return mailing instructions. The whole process takes about 60 seconds, and then when your package arrives we know excactly what to do for you.
While we are happy to answer questions via email, we regret that we cannot issue return authorizations except via the telephone. The only exception is for customers outside the US and Canada, where our toll free service is not available. While we encourge you to call us on our regular line (860 872-7292), if it is cost prohibitive for you we can issue an R/A via email, but the process will take 2 separate emails from us. Just let us know what you need to do by hitting "reply" to your original emailed invoice, and we can get the process started.
