Strapped on it hugs the face wonderfully, and the heavy padding around the nose area blocks out all sight. Leave the mouth open for your pleasure, or snap on the long plug gag to give him something to keep his mind on while you think of other things to do with him. The gag and hole are 1" in diameter, and the gag is about 3" in length. We can make them differently, but please allow additional time for custom work. Your comments box (during check out) will be the place to put those requests. The gag has a removable strap so you can just use the snaps if you want to add it while he is tied down, or add the strap to make sure that he really feels that thing deep in his mouth.
