Please read the following before you order a replacement bulb (it could save you some money!).
While most of our inflatables do not cause any problems, we have had some reports of defective units. This applies only to bulbs with plastic knobs. This is a minor problem you can easily fix yourself, and that was caused by over-inflation. If your unit will not inflate or perhaps will only partially inflate, see if the hand "squeeze bulb" rattles. If it does, this is your problem. There is a small rubber piece which has blown out, like a safety valve. Remove the rubber bulb from the plastic sleeve. Turn the bulb upside down, and shake until the small rubber piece comes out. Insert it in the plastic section so that it is completely inside the plastic sleeve, reattach the bulb, and you're all set!
